Key point: a single certificate for an approved product/model can be used by all importers of the same product — eliminating the need for separate approvals for multiple distributors or importers.
This clarification simplifies the type approval process, reduces duplicate filings and facilitates market access for telecom equipment in Lebanon. Importers should still verify applicable requirements for import licences and TRA conformity labelling.
